Impact of Behaviour Hubs
Developing good behaviour is one of the most important tasks a school faces. Without an effective behaviour culture, pupils’ learning becomes disrupted and teachers cannot teach to the best of their abilities.
The Behaviour Hubs programme supports school leaders by helping them to create calm, safe and supportive environments – with pupils in schools and ready to learn.
Discover the impact of Behaviour Hubs across individual settings with our case study library – written by schools, for schools.

According to the National Behaviour Survey (NBS) Academic Year 2021/22:
- For every 30 minutes of lesson time, 6.3 minutes were lost due to misbehaviour
- Fewer than one quarter of teachers (23%) reported that school rules were applied fairly to all pupils ‘all of the time’
- Just 41% of pupils felt safe at school ‘every day’ in the past week (in June 2022)
Behaviour Hubs provides senior leaders with the tools to tackle low-level disruption, improve whole school behaviour culture and generate lasting change.
